First aid

The hotel has a first-aid kit at the reception.

In case of fire

• Follow the evacuation route that is mentioned in the emergency plan;
• Never use the elevator;
• The meeting point is in the parking lot.
If you stay in your room:
• Turn the air conditioning off;
• Place wet sheets and towels and stuff around your room door so that smoke does not penetrate into the room;
• Block al ventilation that may be emitting smoke. Open your window for fresh air;
• Inform reception that you are in your room;
• If there is smoke in the room, stay low and keep your mouth and nose covered with a wet cloth;
• Stay calm.

Fire Alarm Test

As a part of the hotel maintenance system periodic alarm tests are made. When that occurs, all guests will be warned the day before.

Games

Have fun with the free board games available at the reception. Alternatively, you can choose a snooker game (€ 5.00 / hour) or air hockey game (€ 1.00 / game).

Gym

Open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Correct and prudent use should be made of all equipment and the equipment should be placed in their proper place after use. The hotel as no responsibility by physical injuries caused by misuse of the equipment.

Room Card

For debits in the room, it’s mandatory to present the card properly identified. For security reasons, if you lose the card, you should notify the reception immediately. To emit new cards, you must carry a photo identification document. The identification card can be requested at any point of sale of the hotel to confirm your identity.

Swimming pools (indoor and outdoor)

The pools are open from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. The use of pool furniture and towels is free of charge. The indoor pool is heated to approximately 28 °C. Our swimming pools are unattended. Keep children under surveillance

Safe box

The safe that is in the room is provided for your convenience. You should use it to store your personal belongings. The hotel isn’t responsible for items left in the safe.
To program the combination, do the following:
1) Press the red button on the back of the door;
2) Press 3 digits and 1 letter that will compose the desired combination, then it will light a green light than the combination register.
3) Close the door, then turn the outer knob to the left and reinsert the combination and the safe is ready for use.

Safety

The hotel offers a detection system and in case of excessive smoke the alarms will be activated. All emergency exits are signaled with their own lighting. Nevertheless, some general precautions are recommended:
• Upon arrival, investigate the hotel safety features;
• Check the emergency plan in your room door and learn wich is the best evacuation route;
• Make sure you know how to operate correctly the air conditioning and make sure that your room windows operates correctly;
• It’s not allowed to smoke in rooms. If you smoke at your balcony, please make sure that all cigarettes are well put out;
• After using a hairdryer or other equipment that emits heat make sure you turn it off;
• Never leave flammable materials near heat sources.

The Turkish bath is available from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. and in order to activate it you must contact the reception.
